THE ANTI- CANDIDA PROGRAM: AFTERNOON TEA AND VITAMINS

Same as morning tea. A 230 mL (8 oz) glass or cup of fluid (water, vegetable juice, black coffee or black tea) is compulsory at mid-afternoon. Drink one or two more between now and dinner. If you are going to night school, have something before you go, either the evening meal early or a snack and then the evening meal later. But don’t have a big meal just before going to bed.

Start the meal by sipping on a 230 mL (8 oz) glass of freshly juiced vegetable juice (from the low and negligible amine and salicylate lists for first four weeks), or mineral, spring or filtered tap water with 1 teaspoon of vitamin C powder (calcium or sodium ascorbate—any brand) in it and, twice a week, 1 drop only of Lugol’s iodine solution (from the chemist); use an eyedropper for accuracy. Use as little as possible of the fluid to get the before and after meal supplements down. Finish the remainder off later in the evening.

Just before eating, swallow 3 x Formula Six multi-vitamin and mineral tablets, that is, 1 tablet from each jar. Because hydrochloric acid is needed to facilitate absorption of minerals, Formula Six must be taken when there is maximum hydrochloric acid in the stomach, that is, just before a meal. Keep high and moderate amine and salicylate foods out for the first four weeks.
